OTF2_AttributeValue	Value container for an attributes
OTF2_CollectiveCallbacks	Struct which holds all collective callbacks
OTF2_CollectiveContext	Collective context which wraps an MPI communicator
OTF2_FlushCallbacks	Structure holding the flush callbacks
OTF2_Lock	The OpenMP locking object type
OTF2_LockingCallbacks	Struct which holds all collective callbacks
OTF2_MemoryCallbacks	Structure holding the memory callbacks
OTF2_MetricValue	Metric value
OTF2_MPI_UserData	User data structure, which will be used by the MPI collectives
OTF2_Pthread_UserData	User data structure, which will be used by the Pthread locks
